OUR SAFETY COMMITMENT

As the impact of Covid-19 continues to evolve, Atera Spa is committed to adhering to the advised protocols by The WHO -(World Health Organization) and the CDC(Centre for Disease Control)

The well-being of our associates and guests is our greatest priority. We want to assure you that your health and safety are foremost on our minds. We have undertaken extreme levels of safety protocols throughout the spa to ensure your visit is without incident.

We ask that all guests who have been in our country for six weeks or less, provide us with your Covid-19 test results and complete our Covid-19 questionnaire on arrival to the spa.

Our spa professionals are permitted to decline service to any client exhibiting symptoms related to Covid-19. In kind, we have asked our associates to remain as home should they exhibit any symptoms.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment for any health-related reason, our 24hr cancellation fee will be waived.

Temperature and symptoms check for all guests and staff.

Should symptoms be noticed or temperatures higher than the CDC recommendation, you will be asked to reschedule.

Sanitation

On arrival your hands will be sanitized or you will be asked to wash your hands. The same protocols are followed by team members.

EPA approved disinfectant

Clean up time between treatments have been extended to 15minutes to ensure proper sanitation.

PPE

All team members wear PPE for their safety and your protection.This includes face masks, face shields and gloves. Guests are required to wear masks for the entire duration of their treatments, excluding facials.

Social distancing

Seating throughout the spa has been comfortably spaced for social distancing. No visitors or friends allowed with you in the spa during your treatment.
